Sankalpa is often translated as a heartfelt intention. In this practice, we will explore both specificity and expansiveness around sankalpa. Practitioners will be invited to develop their own personal and embodied relationship to intention through guided journaling, a little gentle movement, yoga nidra, and time for sharing and reflection.
