Dear friends,
I was inspired today to record a 45 minute Restorative Yoga practice to share with you. I hope it might be useful to you this weekend. If you have any questions about the practice, feel free to just respond here!
The recorded practice is here. (YouTube was the only way I could figure out how to easily share the video here.) The video is unlisted, as this free practice is intended just for friends here on the newsletter. I ask that you only share it with trusted friends/family.
*A quick note that I mention toward the beginning of the video that the practice will be about 30 minute long. When I was recording, I just didn’t want to rush anything, so it ended up being 45 minutes total. Please take what’s useful, break up into chunks as works best in the flow of your day, leave anything that doesn’t resonate with you.
You can find the yoga affirmation card deck I mention in the video here. This resource was created specifically for survivors of sexual assault. I also find the messages resonant for all humans.
Sending care. May we continue to show up for ourselves, our communities, and all living beings.
Love, Hope
